Ingredients

  • 1 cup - dal (left over dal)
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 cup - chopped vegetables ( capsicum, cabbage, french beans, carrot, boiled green peas, boiled potatoes)
  • Green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves
  • cheese grated
  • oil for deep frying
  • green chutney

How to Make Dal Cutlet

  • Mix all the chopped vegetables, dal, bread crumbs, green chilli, salt, ginger garlic paste, corainder leaves nad make a soft dough.
  • Make small balls of the mixture, flatten the ball, fill it with little of grated cheese and again form into a ball.
  • Flatten the ball slightly with hands and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
