Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Toor Dal
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 1/4 cup - Chana dal
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 9 - 10 - Curry leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onions - 3 (finely chopped)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Dal Dosa:

    1. Mix dals and rice. Soak for 4-5 hours.
    2. Add chillies, curry leaves, salt and grind into a fine dosa batter
    3. Add chopped onions.
    4. Prepare dosa on a hot tawa
    5. Drizzle ghee when each side is done
    6. Serve with hot chutney
