How to Make Dal Vadai

  • Wash and soak dals for 3 hours
  • Grind them into fine paste with green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves and garlic
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except oil for deep frying
  • Make small lime-sized balls of the mixture and flatten
  • Deep fry the vadais till golden brown
