Ingredients

  • 1 cup - roasted Dalia
  • 1 cup - boiled veg (peas, carrots, beans)
  • 10 - nuggets
  • 10 - almonds, blanched and chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp - onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • How to Make Dalia Dalal:

    1. Heat oil, add sesame.
    2. Now, add chopped onion and cook till translucent
    3. Add washed dalia, vegetables, nuggets and salt
    4. Now add 2 cups of water.
    5. Simmer over medium heat till cooked.
    6. Now add coconut.
    7. Serve garnished with coriander and almond.
