Ingredients

  • Channa Dal - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • How to Make Dals:

    1. Wash the dal and soak for 20 mins
    2. Boil dal in plenty of water
    3. Simmer, add salt as needed and cook covered, add more water if required
    4. Serve
