Ingredients

  • 250 g - lady's finger
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 4 to 6 - Coriander leaves
  • 1 to 2 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Dam ki Bhendi:

    1. Cut the lady's fingers into small 1/2 inch pieces
    2. Saute the pieces in a pan, along with the other ingredients and cook, covered with a lid, on a low flame
    3. After 15 mins when done, serve with chappathi
