  • 2 kg - Sugar
  • 2 1/2 liters - Milk which should be turned into Paneer
  • a few drops of edible color
  • 1/2 tsp - essence of rose
  • golden foil
  • How to Make Danadar Sandesh:

    1. Knead paneer to a smooth mixture and divide into 4 equal portions.
    2. Colour one portion deep green, the other deep red, the third orange and the fourth white.
    3. Now from each portion form tiny balls not bigger than a pea.
    4. Put 1 litre water in sugar and prepare a thin syrup.
    5. Put in the balls of paneer and prepare like rasgollas.
    6. When the rasgollas are done, remove from fire, cover and set aside for the whole night.
    7. Next morning, sprinkle essence on top and cover each with a small piece of foil.
