Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup- roasted Peanut powder
  • 3- 4 - green chillies, chopped
  • A fistful - Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1/2 cup- Milk
  • 1.5 cup - water
  • Jaggery - Lemon sized piece
  • Salt to taste
  • For Tempering:
  • 1 tbsp -ghee
  • 1/2 tbsp - Cumin seed
  • How to Make Danyachi Amti:

    1. Whisk together the curds, milk and water
    2. In a mixie add in the roasted peanut powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, and half a cup of the curds mixture
    3. Blend to a smooth paste
    4. Mix in with the remaining curd mixture
    5. Season with salt and add the jaggery
    6. Heat ghee and the cumin
    7. When the cumin crackles add the blended mixture
