  • 50 g - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 200 g - dark chocolates, coarsely chopped
  • 300 ml - cream, whisked gently
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp - gelatine

How to Make Dark Chocolate Mousse

  • Soak the gelatine in 1/2 cup of warm water
  • Whisk the eggs and sugar at high speed until white and fluffy
  • Melt the chocolate over warm water till it has completely melted
  • Gently add the melted chocolate, vanilla essence and the gelatine to the whisked eggs
  • Now fold in the whisked cream
  • Pour into 6 serving cups and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or till the mousse is set
