Ingredients

3 cups - whole Wheat flour (atta)

1 tsp - Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder

1/2 cup - Yoghurt

1/4 tsp - asafetida

1 tbsp - oil

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Knead all ingredients together in a stiff dough adding water if needed.
  2. Make small balls and roll out puri-sized rotis.
  3. Cook on a greased griddle one by one and serve with butter.
