  • 2 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt

How to Make Dashmi

  • Add the oil to the flour and mix it for 1 min
  • To the milk, add sugar and stir. The sugar must not dissolve completely.
  • Add this to the flour along with salt and knead the dough as for chapattis
  • Make small balls and roll it out into the shape of chapattis
  • Shallow fry on a pan
