Ingredients

  • 1 kg - dry seedless Dates
  • 250 g - Raisins
  • 1 tbsp - peppercorns, powder and sieve
  • 2 tsp - black cumin seeds, powder and sieve
  • 2 tsp - white cumin seeds, powder and sieve
  • 10 green cardamoms, powder and sieve
  • 1 tsp - dry Ginger powder, powder and sieve
  • 250 g - sliced Ginger
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 125 g - salt
  • 3 large bottles Vinegar

How to Make Date Pickle

  • Combine all the ingredients except dates and vinegar.
  • Stuff dates with the combined ingredients and arrange in a glass jar and pour vinegar on top. Sun for a fortnight.
