How to Make Date Smoothies with Marie Biscuit

  • Soak dates for 20 minutes in 2 tbsp. milk.
  • When very soft, blend with the milk.
  • Add biscuits, sugar, essence, 1/2 cup milk, blend again.
  • When smooth, add remaining milk and ice cream.
  • Blend till smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle some brown sugar on top, before serving.
  • Serve chilled.
