  • Musk melon - 3 cup, peeled and chopped
  • vanilla flavored soya Milk - 4 cup
  • fresh bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Dates - 1 cup, chopped
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp

How to Make Dates and Musk Melon Dessert

  • Melt butter in sauce pan.
  • Add bread crumbs and sugar.
  • Cook stirring till sugar caramelizes and coats the crumbs.
  • Cool and store in air tight container.
  • Cook dates with 1.5 cup of water on low heat till soft.
  • Cool and blend with chilled Soya milk.
  • Add melon cubes and keep in refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, pour in bowls and sprinkle with caramelized bread crumbs.
