Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup - pitted Dates
  • 2/3 cup - roasted Walnuts
  • 2/3 cups - roasted pistas (1/3 cup for balls, 1/3 cup for topping)
  • 1/3 cup - cornflakes

How to Make Dates delight

  • Powder 1/3 cup pistas and walnuts coarsely.
  • Separately powder another 1/3 cup pistas and set aside.
  • Pulse the cornflakes into a coarse powder.
  • Knead the dates and mix with the powdered nuts.
  • Take small portions of this mix and roll them on your palms and give a ball shape.
  • Roll few balls in the powdered cornflakes and flatten them a bit
  • Roll the left over balls in powdered pistas and flatten them a bit
  • Arrange on a serving plate.
