Ingredients

  • 100 g - All-purpose flour
  • 4 slices - bread, each cut into 4 square pieces
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunch - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2/3 - green pepper, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Deep fried Bread Crispies

  • Mix all ingredients - except bread - to get a light batter.
  • Dip the bread pieces in it and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
