Ingredients

  • 8 - large Cabbage leaves parboiled for 5 minutes and drained
  • 2 - medium Onions chopped
  • 1 cup - Paneer
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • String for tying rolls
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Deep fried Cabbage Rolls:

    1. Heat 3 tsp of oil and fry onions till brown.
    2. Add paneer, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and fry for 5 to 6 mins.
    3. Place 2 tsps of the mixture on a cabbage leaf and roll, folding two sides in.
    4. Tie with a string.
    5. Heat oil and fry the rolls turning once.
