  • 500 g - coriander leaves
  • 50 g - spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame
  • 1 tbsp - grated fresh coconut
  • 1 tbsp - roasted khus-khus
  • 100 g - besan flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 100 g - bread crumbs
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Deep Fried Coriander Snack

  • Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Make finger-shaped rolls out of the coriander mixture
  • Roll it in the bread crumbs and deep fry. Serve with sauce.
