Ingredients

  • Fish - 1/2 kg
  • Eggs - 2
  • Pepper - 1.5 tsp
  • Ajinamoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Vineger - 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Salt per taste

How to Make Deep Fried Finger Fish

  • Boil the fish in a little water adding a little salt to it
  • Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the above ingredients except bread crumbs
  • Mix well to make a nice dough. Divide it in to 10 parts and shape into finger shape
  • Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil
  • Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with sauce
