Ingredients

  • 4 cups - idli batter
  • 1 cup - finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • A pinch - Asafoetida
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - to fry
  • How to Make Deep Fried Idli Patties:

    1. Mix all the ingredients with the batter.
    2. Take a spoonful of batter and deep fry in oil.
    3. Serve hot.
