  • 1.5 cup - chutney dal (roasted gram dal)
  • 1 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee
  • As required - Cashew nuts and Raisins
  • 5 to 6 - cardamom, powdered

How to Make Delicious Besan Laddu

  • Powder chutney dal in a mixie.
  • Sieve chutney dal powder and sugar powder together. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Heat 1 tbsp ghee. Fry cashew nuts, till brown and raisins, till it swells, separately.
  • Add to the flour.
  • Heat remaining ghee and add to flour.
  • Mix well and make lemon sized laddu, while it is a little hot.
