Ingredients

  • Rava or sooji - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp
  • Cashews - 10-15 pieces

How to Make Delicious Rava Ladoo

  • Roast Rava or sooji until it turns golden brown.
  • Let it cool for few minutes and grind to a very fine powder (like atta).
  • Heat the kadai once a again. Add the ground rava, sugar, ghee, cardamom and roasted cashews. See that sufficient ghee is added.
  • Mix till it thickens.
  • Turn off the gas and roll the mixture into laddoos.
