  • 1 cup - rice
  • 3 - big tomatoes or 4 medium size tomatoes (cut them into pieces)
  • 2 - cloves of garlic (cut into long pieces)
  • 3 - green chillies (cut them into long pieces)
  • oil
  • mustard seeds
  • salt
  • coriander leaves (optional)

How to Make Delicious Tomato Rice

  • Cook the rice and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan, prepare the seasoning with oil and mustard seeds.
  • When the mustard seeds splutter, put the green chillies and garlic.
  • Fry it for some time until the garlic becomes light brown.
  • When this is done, put the tomatoes and fry for some time until the tomatoes are mashed.
  • Then put the cooked rice into the above and mix well. Put the salt (as per the taste) and mix everything together.
  • After putting the tomatoes, the frying should be done in a low flame.
