Ingredients

  • 1 cup - roasted vermicelli
  • 1/2 liter - Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - Saffron
  • 1 tbsp - Butter scotch milkshake mix
  • Sugar to taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1 tbsp - roasted and crushed cashews, almonds, Pistachios
  • 1 tsp - Raisins
  • How to Make Delicious Vermicelli Paayasam:

    1. Bring milk to a boil and then add all the ingredients.
    2. Stir continuously and cook for 5-7 minutes.
    3. Garnish with roasted and crushed cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins.
