How to Make

  • Cut the chicken into small, boneless pieces.
  • Clean and mix it with maida, corn flour, egg white and little salt.
  • Keep aside for 1-2 hours.
  • Deep fry the pieces. Care should be taken that it doesn't turn fully brown.
  • Mix chilli powder, red colour, a few green chillies and a little salt in the curd.
  • Soak the chicken pieces in the curd mixture. Keep aside for 1-2 hours.
  • Fry the remaining green chillies and curry leaves in little oil.
  • Put a little salt (optional). Fry the chicken pieces in this for 8-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
