Ingredients

  • 2 cups - macaroni, boiled
  • 1 - shimla mirch, chopped into thin strips
  • 1/2 kg - potatoes, boiled
  • 2 - carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 125 g - Spring onion
  • 2 - green chillies, ground to a paste
  • 2 tsp - garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Desi Macaroni

  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and green chillies.
  • Then, add onion, shimla mirch, and carrot and cook till it is tender.
  • Add potato and macaroni.
  • Add masala and salt.
  • In the end, add soya sauce and mix thoroughly.
