Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Monaco biscuits
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - beetroot
  • 1 - onion
  • 1/2 - cucumber
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Desi Monaco Sandwich

  • Grate all the vegetables and add lemon juice, chilli powder, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Now fill this in between Monaco biscuits and add a drop of tomato ketchup on top of it and serve.
