Ingredients

  • 12 slices - sandwich bread
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • 6 - hardboiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder/paste
  • 2 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Deviled Egg Sandwiches:

    1. Chop the hard boiled eggs into very small pieces.
    2. Mix the chopped eggs with the mayonnaise, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, mustard powder/paste and lime juice.
    3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
    4. Spread the devilled eggs mixture liberally over 6 slices of bread.
    5. Top them with the remaining 6 slices.
    6. Cut away the crusts and slice each sandwich into four.
    7. Serve with tomato sauce.
