  • 6 - hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard powder or paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - lime juice

How to Make Deviled Eggs

  • Slice the hard boiled eggs lengthwise.
  • Scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon and then mix it with mayonnaise, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, mustard, and lime juice.
  • Mix well till you get smooth consistency.
  • Spoon this mixture back into the egg halves and arrange on a plate.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander or mint leaves.
  • Serve as a starter at parties.
