Ingredients

  • 6 - hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard powder or paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • How to Make Deviled Eggs:

    1. Slice the hard boiled eggs lengthwise.
    2. Scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon and then mix it with mayonnaise, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, mustard, and lime juice.
    3. Mix well till you get smooth consistency.
    4. Spoon this mixture back into the egg halves and arrange on a plate.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander or mint leaves.
    6. Serve as a starter at parties.
