  • 1 kg - Beef (round steaks)
  • 2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 3- onions, sliced finely
  • 1 tsp - Mustard powder or paste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce or Tomato ketchup (Optional)

How to Make Devil's Steak

  • Wash the steaks and flatten them by beating with a big knife or cleaver after placing it on the cutting board.
  • Marinate the steaks with all the above ingredients and leave for 2 or 3 hours.
  • Heat a pan and cook the steaks on low heat till they are soft and tender. (Add some water if required).
  • Serve with bread and mashed potatoes.
