  • 3 cups - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Dhania ke parathe:

    1. Mix all ingredients and add 1 tbsp. oil and water to make a stiff dough.
    2. Make equal lemon-sized balls.
    3. Roll out each to 10 cm. circles and fry on a griddle, applying a little oil to the griddle.
    4. Keep warm and ready to serve
