Ingredients

  • 3 cups - whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Dhania ke parathe

  • Mix all ingredients and add 1 tbsp. oil and water to make a stiff dough.
  • Make equal lemon-sized balls.
  • Roll out each to 10 cm. circles and fry on a griddle, applying a little oil to the griddle.
  • Keep warm and ready to serve
