How to Make Dhania Poori (Stuffed Coriander Puffed Bread )

  • Splutter cumin seeds in oil, and saute grated ginger for a minute.
  • Add chopped chillies and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Now add all spices and salt, mix well.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Blend wheat flour and coriander leaves and knead a smooth dough
  • Cover the dough and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Make 8 lemon sized balls and make patties of about 2.5 inch in diameter.
  • Deep Fried from both sides.
  • Serve hot.
