How to Make Dhaniya Aloo

  • Boil potatoes.
  • Chop cilantro and green chillies.
  • Boil dry mango powder in 4 times the quantity of water till you get a thick paste.
  • Peel potatoes, cut into 16 pieces, add chopped cilantro, chillies and dry mango paste. Add salt to taste.
  • Dhaniya Aloo is ready to serve.
