  • 4 cups Wheat flour (atta)
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • vegetable oil
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Dhaniye ka Paratha:

    1. Pre-preparation:
    2. Sieve wheat flour with salt.
    3. Add water in it and mix it very well.
    4. Make a smooth dough.
    5. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
    6. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and amchur powder in it.
    7. Mix it very well and keep it aside.
    8. Preparation:
    9. Make small rolls of dough.
    10. Roll it into small chapatti.
    11. Put 1 tsp of coriander leaves and then fold it towards centre till the edges meet.
    12. Seal the edges by pressing the chapatti.
    13. Now again roll it like chapatti (around 8 inches in diameter).
    14. Do not apply pressure while rolling it.
    15. Pre heat tava on high flame.
    16. Put the paratha on tava and then turn it and apply some oil on paratha.
    17. Repeat the same process for the other side.
    18. Cook it on both the sides on a med-high flame until it becomes golden brown in colour.
    19. Serve it hot with green chutney/pickle or with any other curry.
