How to Make Dhariwala

  • Cook peas and potatoes.
  • Grind onions, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • Blanch the tomatoes and puree it.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, season with cumin seeds and fry the ground mixture on medium flame, till the oil separates from it.
  • Add the tomato puree and bring it to boil.
  • Now add mashed potatoes and cooked peas.
  • Add enough water and boil for few minutes.
  • Remove from fire and garnish with cut coriander leaves. Serve hot.
