Grate doodhi and remove water. Add chopped onion, green chilles, kothimber and smash the garlic, besan, rice flour, rava, 1 spoon sugar, salt turmeric, red chilli powder, a pinch of soda bi carb and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix all these ingredients and make a dough.
Then make small balls n flatten them on the palm n shallow fry them in a frying pan.
Fry till the sides are browned and crispy.
