  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 3 cups - broken Rice
  • 2 tsp - cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • How to Make Dibba roti:

    1. Soak urad dal in water for 2 hours and rice rava in water for 1 hour.
    2. Grind urad dal into a smooth paste adding little water and mix the ground urad dal and soaked rice thoroughly in a large bowl.
    3. Add salt and cumin and mix well.
    4. The batter should be of idly batter consistency.
    5. Take a heavy bottom vessel and add three tsp of oil.
    6. Pour two full ladles of batter into the vessel and spread slightly.
    7. Close with a plate and allow it to get roasted on a medium flame for 5 mins.
