Ingredients

  • 200 g - unsalted Butter
  • 200 g - powdered Sugar
  • 250 g - self raising flour
  • 50 g - mixed fruits diced
  • Almond or vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp - plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp - Milk powder
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 250 ml -water

How to Make

  • Preheat oven at 160 C. Grease a baking dish. Sieve flour, raising agents and milk powder.
  • Cream butter, sugar, yogurt and essence together.
  • Add flour mixture and water alternately.
  • Mix well.
  • Add fruits.
  • The batter must not be too watery.
  • Pour it in dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Allow cake to cool completely before serving.
