  • 2 cups fresh carrot peeled and grated
  • 200ml milk
  • sweetex solution to taste
  • 1 tsp - ghee

How to Make Diet Carrot Halwa

  • Mix carrots and milk in a heavy or nonstick pan.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, till the carrot is soft and the moisture evaporates.
  • Add ghee and sweetex, stir and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot. Or reheat as required.
