Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch - suwa(dil) bhaji
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup - curds
  • For Masala:
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • a piece ginger, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Dil(Suwa) Raita

  • Chop the suwa finely. Wash thoroughly.
  • Beat the curd.
  • Add the chopped suwa and the masalas. Mix well.
  • Chill and serve.
