How to Make

  • Marinate the fish pieces with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the bay leaves and dried red chillies. Now fry the onions until brown.
  • Add a little sugar, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and stir.
  • Add 3/4 of the curd and keep stirring until the oil leaves the masala.
  • Add the fish pieces to the mixture.
  • Cook on high flame until the fish is done. Add salt.
  • Garnish with the remaining curd and chopped coriander leaves.
