  • 227 gms - flour
  • 60 gms - Finely cut nuts
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 60 gms - maple syrup
  • 50 gms - Milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • How to Make Donuts with Nuts and Maple Syrup:

    1. Put the flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl and add the baking powder, milk, eggs and oil.
    2. Stir all of it thoroughly. Cover the batter and let it rise for 30 mins.
    3. The donut moulds may be greased with cooking oil.
    4. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
    5. Preheat the donut making appliance for 5 mins. Fill in one level tbsp. of batter per donut mould and close appliance.
    6. Baking time would be 30 mins or until the desired degree of brownness has been achieved.
    7. Take finished donuts from the mould and use up remaining batter in the same way.
    8. Top with icing and sprinkle nuts and maple syrup over it.
