Ingredients

  • 250 g - doodhi
  • 100 g - soaked moong dal
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to Make Doodhi Moong

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds start crackling, add the pieces of doodhi, soaked moong dal, salt and all the masalas.
  • Add water if necessary and cook until done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
