  • Avakai (medium sized) - 1
  • Mirchi powder - 2 tsp
  • Mustard powder - 3 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Dosa Avakai Pickle:

    1. Mix all the ingredients well and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
    2. Serve hot with dosa or idli.
