  • 1 cup - Dosa batter
  • 1/2 cup - Rice Flour or little more
  • 1/2 cup - Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 - Green Chillies (Cut in to pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 tbsp - Coconut (Grated)
  • Curry leaf Few
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt - Needed quantity (take care while adding as there would be already salt in dosa batter)
  • Oil - For Frying

How to Make Dosa Batter Bonda

  • Combine all the ingredients except oil.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Take the ladle full of batter and put them in oil. (You can also use hands to drop the bondas in to oil)
  • Simmer the stove. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
