Ingredients

  • Dosa mix
  • 1 cup - minced Chicken
  • 2 - 3 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • Ginger powder
  • Chaat masala (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Dosa Jugalbandi

  • First prepare dosas with the dosa mix. Keep it aside after brushing the surface of the dosas with some oil or ghee.
  • Then fry the chicken till golden brown.
  • After a couple of mins, add a pinch of ginger powder, chaat masala and salt - pepper to taste.
  • Finally, add the sauce and stir for some time.
  • Then spread it over the dosa and roll up. Serve hot.
