Ingredients

  • 2 - boiled potatoes (cut into tiny cubes)
  • 1/2 cup - boiled green peas
  • 1 tbsp - chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped green chillies
  • 2 tsp - mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of hing
  • 1/4 cup - coriander chutney
  • 1/4 cup - tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • chat masala to sprinkle
  • 6 - wonton wrappers

How to Make Dosa Wonton Cups

  • Heat mustard oil in a kadhai and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Add hing, green chillies and chopped onions and saute for a while until the onion pieces turn pink.
  • Add the potatoes and green peas along with salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add coriander chutney, tamarind chutney and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Form each wonton wrapper like a cup, add a little vegetable mixture in the centre and sprinkle some chat masala.
  • Seal the top of the wrapper well.
  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place the filled wontons on a baking sheet and brush the sides with a little oil. Bake on high for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
