  • 1.5 l - milk
  • 250 g - sugar
  • 200 g - fresh cream
  • 100 g - glucose powder
  • 3 tsp - corn flour
  • 10 g - pista, powdered
  • 2 to 3 drops - pista essence
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp - green colour

How to Make Double Sundae for Pista Ice Cream

  • Boil and reduce the milk to one-third, keeping a little cold milk aside. Mix corn flour in the cold milk and add to the boiling milk.
  • Add sugar and allow to boil for another 3 minutes. Remove from the flame and add fresh cream, glucose powder, pista essence and colour. Allow to cool.
  • Blend in a liquidizer three times.
  • After the final blending, add the powdered pista and mix well.
  • Deep-freeze in moulds. Allow to set completely.
