Ingredients

  • A handful - small dried fish, roasted
  • 2 - Tomato (juit pura/ fire grilled)
  • 1/2 - bhut jolokia
  • 12 to 15 Cloves - Garlic
  • 4 to 5 leaves - man Dhania (eryngium foetidum)
  • To taste -salt
  • To taste - Mustard oil

How to Make Dried Fish Chutney

  • Mix all the ingredients, except mustard oil, and grind into a paste.
  • Add 2 tsps of mustard oil, before serving.
