How to Make Drumstick curry with egg

  • Heat oil in a deep pan, splutter mustard and cumin, add curry leaves and green chilli and saute
  • Add the onions, salt and fry till they turn golden
  • Add drumsticks, potatoes and fry for 2 to 3 mins to remove the raw smell.
  • Add tomatoes and turmeric, fry till the tomatoes become completely soft and pulpy
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garlic and saute for a minute
  • Pour water and cook on a medium flame.
  • Meanwhile, roast the eggs in a tsp of oil in a separate pan and drop them in the curry.
  • Cook till the drumsticks are completely done.
